According to Romano,the transfer fee has been agreed and it is a done deal.

Manchester city will pay a guaranteed fee of £25m to Chelsea.

Another £5m will also be included in ad ons to be activated only if/when Manchester city will win titles--Not player's performance.

Sadio Mane has broken his silence on the extraordinary scrap with team-mate Leroy Sane last season.
